Asia Global Holdings Corporation (AAGH)
Effective July 17, 2006 our company name was officially changed to Asia Global Holdings Corporation (formerly BonusAmerica Worldwide Corporation) and our trading symbol was changed to AAGH. These changes more accurately reflect the Company's strategic direction of building business in China and other emerging regions and markets in Asia and worldwide.
In 2005 the Company intensified its media and advertising business in China and Hong Kong.
During March 2004, we formed Sino Trade - Intelligent Development Corp. LTD., or Sino Trade, under the laws of Hong Kong . Through Sino Trade we operate our business-to-business media and advertising business in Hong Kong and China .
In 2004 as a result of our acquisition of BonusAmerica Corporation we entered into the direct marketing business offering consumer products in the US and business media and advertising services to companies in the US, Hong Kong and China.
Effective May 12, 2004 , we changed our name from Longbow to BonusAmerica Worldwide Corporation. Our common stock began trading on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board under the symbol "BAWC."
We were incorporated in the state of Nevada on February 1, 2002 under the name Longbow Mining, Inc. Prior to March 1, 2004 we were engaged in acquisition and exploration of mineral properties and evacuation of minerals located in British Columbia, Canada. On March 1, 2004 we purchased BonusAmerica Corporation, a California corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Stanford International Holding Corporation (SIHC), a California corporation.
